Refund policy

Returns:
We will gladly accept returns or process an exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all of the tags attached and in their original position. It must be free from odors, stains, and in unworn condition. Gift cards are not returnable. If you have received free shipping on your order the original shipping cost will be deducted from your return.

Note: Items purchased from the Sample Sale collection (sample items sold at 70% off) are excluded from the returns. All sales of these items are final.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item please send us an email at oohlalawear@yahoo.com requesting the exchange letting us know which color and size you would like to receive, Please send your exchange to: Ooh la la, 2539 Hoover Ave, suite 104, National City CA 91950, United States, include your order number or original packing slip with your exchange.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 24-48 hours. The time that your bank or credit card company posts the refund will vary so if you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. We process most exchanges the day they are received. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
